The virtual assistant industry is growing by leaps and bounds, thanks to modern technology, the growing popularity of telecommuting, and the proven growth virtual assistants bring business owners and entrepreneurs. Your clients are waiting and I'll teach you what to do to connect with them and start serving as soon as possible!

I know what it's like to want to start working from home with no money to invest in an exhaustive, expensive course. Truth is, those courses often teach you way more than you may never need for your business and you'll pay for that dearly.

That's why I've made the Roadmap an affordable way to get started. After you start growing your business -- not before -- is the best time to choose exactly which courses you really need to grow your particular business.

Meet Your  Guide

Hi! I'm Kristen Iaffaldano and I began my journey as a virtual assistant for BELAY in 2012, primarily serving online entrepreneurs, business leaders, ministries and churches.

Today, through Working Upward, I continue to serve clients through online business consulting and marketing services while also helping aspiring and new VAs, like you, grow professionally and spiritually through mentoring and online training.

Frequently Asked Questions

The "Upward" part of Upward VA is a double meaning. It refers to the need for virtual assistants to keep learning and moving "up" to the next level in their work, but even more importantly, it refers to looking up to Christ, the Source of all our strength.

It's possible for you to binge watch all the videos in a few hours. However, if you plan to take action on each step needed for your business, complete the worksheets and participate in the extra mile challenges, plan for one to two weeks to be completely prepared for your first client, depending on your schedule and personal availability.

Biblical encouragement and motivation for success is sprinkled throughout the course making it not just another VA course but a faith-based one.  If you're a woman of faith, you'll benefit the most from this difference.
